TiTi Palacio: the Marais brunch where you come to eat… and stay for the atmosphere

In brief
  • Where: In the heart of the Marais, within the establishment The People Paris Marais.
  • Table: TiTi Palacio, a hybrid living space focused on a homemade buffet brunch.
  • Figures: A gourmet offering set out on one of the longest bar counters in Paris.
  • New: A bright urban jungle concept combining casual dining and a festive atmosphere.

We only planned on having brunch. We ended up spending the afternoon there.
In the heart of the Marais, TiTi Palacio has established itself as a true living space. Not just a restaurant, not just a brunch: a place where people move around, talk loudly, and tables fill up fast.

Our video of the brunch:

The venue is hidden inside The People Paris Marais, which plays a big part in its unique atmosphere: a mix of Parisiens, travellers, groups of friends… no one really comes for the same thing, but everyone ends up staying.

A TRULY COMPLETE ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT BUFFET

Brunch is clearly the highlight. And above all, it is a proper buffet, not a light version.

Set up on a huge counter (one of the longest bars in Paris), the buffet is both generous and quite varied, featuring homemade items and simple but well-made products.

In concrete terms, you will find:

On the savoury side:

scrambled eggs, poached eggs
charcuterie, cheese
salmon
hot dishes (such as chicken, pasta, sometimes more elaborate recipes)
focaccias, club sandwiches, grilled cheese

On the sweet side:

pancakes, waffles
French toast, brioche
homemade cakes, chocolate cake
fruit salad

And also:

a real selection of breads (sourced from a local bakery)
hot drinks and juices
gluten-free options on request

What often comes up in reviews is that not everything is ultra-sophisticated, but overall it is well executed, with the feeling of a buffet that “holds its own”.

And above all: no one rushes you. You can take your time, go back for more, chat, and that is clearly what makes the difference.

A JUNGLE DECOR AND A LIVELY ATMOSPHERE

As soon as you enter, the tone is set: large plants everywhere, natural light, and quite impressive spaces.

It is an urban jungle, with:

plenty of greenery
a large open room
quieter corners and other very lively ones

The venue is bright, quite spacious, and designed for long stays; some people even come to work here during the week.

And as for the atmosphere, it depends on the time:

at the start of service → quiet, relaxed
from midday onwards → it picks up quickly
music, chatter, groups → it becomes almost festive

Some love this lively side, others find the music a bit loud, but either way, there is always something going on.

MORE THAN A BRUNCH: A VENUE THAT IS ALWAYS ON THE MOVE

What makes this address interesting is that it does not stop at the weekend.

All week long, there is:

continuous dining
after-work events
karaoke
blind tests
parties

And above all, the famous drag brunch once a month, where the venue completely changes its atmosphere with performances and a much more festive energy.

It is clearly a place that is alive from morning to night, and not just a brunch spot.

OUR IMPRESSION

What we remember most of all is the atmosphere.

The buffet is good, generous, and unpretentious.
But above all, it is a place where you feel comfortable, where you can stay for a long time without a second thought.

Not everything is perfect (some find the selection a bit uneven or the atmosphere occasionally noisy), but that is not really the point.

You come here to have a good time. And it works.
